The equipment is widely used for material sieving in sectors of quarries, mines, building materials, electricpower, coal mines, chemical engineering and so on.
Working Principle
According to motion principle of the vibrating screen, the motor drives the vibration exciter with eccentric mass through the triangle to impel periodical asymmetric reciprocating mechanical vibration, in order that the layers of materials will be loosened on the screen and cast off the screen. Then, fine particles fall down through the layers of materials. By sieving and separation,
the materials stuck in the mesh holds arevibrated out, while the fine particles move downward,discharged through the mesh.
Product Features
High Strength Bold Connection
High strength bolts are used for all connections of the screen bed to avoid welding stress. The extraordinary tension design of the manganese steel mesh prolongs service life of the mesh and makes it more convenient to replace the mesh.
Eccentric Structure
The vibration exciter is designed with abarreled or base-style eccentric structure. The small screens (e.g.1550)are lubricated using barreled lubricating oil. Other vibrating screens are lubricated with circulating oil on a base.
Convenient Transportation Ancinstallation
The frame is fully assembled, so it is convenient to transport and install (the frame can be customized according to requirements).
