Working Principle
The impact crushers crush materials with high-speed impact. When materials enter the acting zone of the plate hammer through the feed port, they will be subject to high-speed impact of the hammer and crushed for the first time. The powerful impact force casts the materials to the impact plate, and the materials are crushed again. The materials sprung back from the impact plate fall upon the acting zone of the plate hammer. Then the above steps are repeated until the particle size of the crushed materials is smaller than the diameter of the discharge port. The crushed materials are subsequently discharged through the discharge port dependent upon their dead weight by adjusting the spacing between the impact bracket and the rotor, the particle size and shape of the discharged materials may be changed.
