Gold Ore Crushing
Gold ore refers to ore containing gold elements or gold compounds. It can be beneficiated into gold concentrate powder or gold ore sand with high gold content. Gold concentrate needs to be smelted and extracted before it can become refined gold and gold products.

Gold ore crushing production line
Gold ore is a mineral aggregate with sufficient gold content and can be used industrially; gold mines are places where gold is obtained through mining operations; gold deposits are a certain scale of gold ore accumulation that can be used industrially formed through mineralization. There are two main types of gold ore: sand gold and vein gold. Gold is an important ornament and also an ideal material in industry.
According to the characteristics of gold ore, Chengdu Dahongli Machinery has launched a set of ore crushing production lines, which mainly consist of: jaw crusher + cone crusher + high-efficiency impact crusher + circular vibrating screen + high-pressure roller mill. Auxiliary equipment can be added according to specific customer needs: ball mill, spiral classifier, flotation machine, dryer, dust removal equipment, feeding system, dust collection device, etc.
Process description:
1. Crushing section
The vibrating feeder feeds the gold ore raw material into the jaw crusher for crushing; the crushed material is sent to the cone crusher (coarse crushing) by the conveyor belt for crushing, and is transported to the vibrating sorting screen by the belt conveyor for screening. The stone that meets the particle size is then sent to the cone crusher (fine crushing) for secondary crushing, and the unsatisfactory material is returned to the cone crusher (coarse crushing) through the conveyor belt for re-crushing; the material coming out of the fine crushing cone crusher is also screened by the vibrating sorting screen, and the unsatisfactory material needs to be returned to the fine crushing cone crusher through the conveyor for re-crushing; the satisfactory material is sent to the high-pressure roller mill through the conveyor for grinding and crushing.
2. Grinding section
The 0-5mm gold ore material after crushing in the crushing section enters the ball mill for re-grinding, which has met the material requirements of the subsequent process. The ball mill is usually combined with the classifier to form a grinding and classifying unit for operation. The ball mill grinds the processed material, and the classifier divides the grinding product into qualified material and unqualified material. Unqualified products are returned to the ball mill for re-grinding to improve the grinding process. The grinding operation of the classifier and the returned sand after classification constitutes a closed grinding section. The classification operation can be pre-classification, inspection classification, control classification or both classification operations.
3. Flotation section
Due to the different metal components of gold ore, multiple beneficiation processes can be used for beneficiation. The most widely used ones are gradient magnetic separation, gravity separation, flotation, etc.
4. Drying section
The gold powder after flotation is sent to the dryer. The drying process in the beneficiation process is mainly to remove the water content of the selected gold powder to obtain high-quality gold concentrate.
