This introduction is mainly to help the operator of the cone crusher to use the equipment correctly.
Any work that endangers safety is prohibited. Be familiar with the environment around the construction site before starting work, such as obstacles in the traffic area, the carrying capacity of the soil and the necessary on-site protection adjacent to public transportation.
Take necessary measures to ensure the normal and safe operation of the equipment. If the crusher is used independently, it must be equipped with a main switch and an emergency stop switch. Do not remove jammed foreign objects while the machine is running.
Be wary of the danger of stones flying out of the machine. It is only allowed to start the crusher when the safety device and the safety-related equipment are in good condition.
Check the equipment for faults and damage at least once per shift, including any abnormal conditions that are different from normal operation. Before starting, make sure there are no people in the danger zone. Around the patrol equipment, make sure that there are no people on or under the equipment, and warn all nearby people to pay attention before starting. If an accident or malfunction occurs, stop it immediately and take protective measures to solve the problem immediately.
All transmission components, such as flywheels, shafts, couplings, triangular tapes, etc., must be covered with a protective frame to prevent injury.
Many unforeseen events, such as power failures, material stagnation, etc., can cause the crusher to become clogged with material. A clogged crusher can pose a serious safety hazard. The only way to restart the crusher is to manually remove the blockage. This process may cost you too much time.
