Modular Crushing Station Process

The material is poured from the hopper, pre-screened by the ZSW vibrating feeder, and then evenly fed into the PEV jaw crusher for coarse crushing. After crushing, the material is fed into the PYD multi-cylinder cone crusher through a belt conveyor for fine crushing. The material crushed by the cone crusher is conveyed by a belt conveyor to the new generation TK series horizontal screen for finished product screening, and finished materials of different specifications of 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-31.5mm are selected. The oversize material is returned to the PYD multi-cylinder cone crusher by the belt conveyor for re-crushing.

Process flow:
