Easy installation-adopting a fully modular design, from the construction of the plant to the installation and commissioning, it is uniformly designed 

and manufactured in the factory, assembled according to the drawing, and quick to use. The construction period is short, and no on-site material cutting and production are required, which avoids material waste and irregular installation.

Adjustability - In order to fully meet the needs of different customer groups, the grading adjustment module can be designed and configured to adjust the ratio of coarse and fine aggregates, as well as the fineness modulus and stone powder content of machine-made sand according to user needs.

Maintenance - Due to the use of platform structure support, the free space above and below and around the device is large, which is convenient for proper operation, inspection and maintenance.

Green and environmental protection - The entire production line is based on equipment closed operation (effectively reducing noise and dust), belt conveyor, finished material classification, sewage filtration, flocculation, multi-layer sedimentation purification and recycling treatment as the basic process. The design concept of the green crushing plant is to reduce environmental pollution and achieve harmonious development of economy and environment. Process description:

1. Feeder support structure receiving hopper station

The receiving hopper is installed on the sliding bottom plate, and there are sufficient channels around the hopper. The jaw crusher adopts sliding bottom plate and bolting installation method. The crusher is equipped with an elevated inspection platform, which is convenient for operation and maintenance.

2. Crusher station

The cone crusher and high-efficiency impact crusher adopt sliding bottom plate and bolting installation method. The crusher is equipped with an elevated inspection platform to facilitate operation and maintenance. Among them, the cone crusher has a strong crushing force and lamination technology, which makes the output 40-80% higher than that of the traditional cone.

3. Screening machine station

Dahongli provides excellent vibrating screen, which is not only an effective sorting tool, but also increases the adaptability of the entire system operation due to the discharge chute design. The screening machine is installed by sliding bottom plate and bolting, and each section of the main frame can be disassembled and transported separately.

4. Conveyor unit

The conveyor is pre-designed for easy transportation and placement. The conveyor is a standardized equipment, which is convenient for inventory, installation and maintenance. According to specific requirements, the conveyor bracket is set. The bracket is a bolted structure, which is convenient for storage, transportation, installation and disassembly.

5. Dust removal and environmental protection

The whole plant area uses brand-new dust removal equipment, which is in full operation during work to ensure the control of dust in the plant, and is stored in ash storage tanks after collection.
