For full sand making of large-size natural river pebbles, the process flow of jaw crusher + cone crusher + high-efficiency sand making machine + high-pressure roller mill (roller mill) + circular vibrating screen is usually adopted. Auxiliary equipment can be added according to the specific needs of customers: sand and gravel powder separator, wet mixer, dust removal equipment, feeding system, dust collection device, etc.

Process description:
1. The vibrating feeder sends the large-size natural raw stone into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing, and then enters the intermediate silo for stacking;
2. The stacked material is sent to the cone crusher for crushing by the vibrating feeder, and then screened by the vibrating sorting screen;
3-1 The oversized material returns to the cone crusher for re-crushing; after the cycle operation, it enters the high-efficiency sand making machine;
3-2 The material that meets the particle size is sent to the high-efficiency sand making machine for sand making, and then enters the high-pressure roller mill (roller mill) for ultra-fine crushing to obtain fine sand with reasonable fineness modulus and good grading, and then screened by the vibrating sorting screen;
4. The sand and gravel that meet the demand are sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning, and the unsatisfactory materials are returned to the high-pressure roller mill (roller mill) for further crushing;
5. The material after the sand washing machine enters the tailings recovery integrated machine, and the finished sand is transported to the finished product warehouse by the finished product conveyor belt for storage, and the sewage enters the sewage treatment system for recycling.
