Project Overview
Excellent design — The crushing production process design focuses on the key components of the product, and simple and convenient assembly is the guarantee of operational efficiency.
Small footprint — Through more than 20 years of continuous research and development, Dahongli has innovated and optimised the installation method, significantly reducing the installation area while minimising the use of expensive land. This also facilitates the installation of hoisting equipment, making maintenance and repairs of all equipment as easy as pie.
Simple Installation — Featuring a fully modular design, all components are manufactured and assembled in the factory according to drawings, ensuring quick and efficient installation. Construction timelines are shortened, as on-site material cutting and fabrication are eliminated, thereby preventing material waste and ensuring proper installation standards.
Adjustability — To fully meet the needs of different customer groups, adjustable module configurations can be designed to adjust the ratio of coarse and fine aggregates, as well as the fineness modulus and stone powder content of manufactured sand, according to user requirements.
Maintenance — Due to the platform structure design, there is ample free space above, below, and around the equipment, facilitating appropriate operations, inspections, and maintenance.
Environmental Protection — The entire production line operates with enclosed equipment (effectively reducing noise and dust), belt conveyors, finished material classification, wastewater filtration, flocculation, and multi-layer sedimentation purification and recycling. This achieves zero pollution, zero emissions, environmental protection, and stable quality.

The design philosophy of green crushing plants aims to reduce environmental pollution and achieve harmonious development between the economy and the environment. Guiding the sand and gravel industry towards large-scale, resource-efficient, profitable, and environmentally friendly development, Dahongli Machinery has introduced a green and environmentally friendly crushing production line, consisting of: jaw crusher + cone crusher + high-efficiency impact crusher + circular vibrating screen. Depending on specific customer requirements, auxiliary equipment such as sand and gravel powder separators, mixing machines, dust collection equipment, material handling systems, and dust collection devices can be added.
Process Description:
1. Feeder Support Structure and Receiving Hopper Station
The receiving hopper is mounted on a sliding base plate, with sufficient access channels around the hopper. All jaw crushers use sliding base plates and bolted installation methods. The crushers are equipped with elevated inspection platforms for convenient operation and maintenance.
2. Crusher station
Both cone crushers and high-efficiency impact crushers use sliding base plates and bolted installation methods. The crushers are equipped with elevated inspection platforms for easy operation and maintenance. The cone crusher features strong crushing force combined with layer compression technology, resulting in a 40-80% higher output compared to traditional cone crushers.
3. Screening Plant
Dahongli provides high-quality vibrating screens, which are not only effective sorting tools but also enhance the system's operational adaptability due to their discharge chute design. The screens use sliding base plates and bolted installation methods, with each main frame section capable of being disassembled and transported individually.
4. Conveyor Unit
The conveyors are pre-designed for convenient transportation and installation. They are standardised equipment, making them easy to store, install, and maintain. Conveyor supports are installed according to specific requirements. The supports have a bolted structure, facilitating storage, transportation, installation, and disassembly.
5. Dust Control and Environmental Protection
The entire plant is equipped with new dust control equipment, which operates continuously during operation to control dust levels inside the factory. Collected dust is stored in dust storage tanks.
