With the continuous improvement of the national economic level, sand and gravel resources, as an important part of infrastructure, have become increasingly scarce in recent years. Relevant national departments have introduced a series of policies to encourage the high-quality development of machine-made sand. Traditional sand and gravel companies have actively responded to national policies to seek transformation, and a large number of green, environmentally friendly, intelligent and modern sand and gravel aggregate production lines have emerged.
In order to adapt to the needs of green development transformation of mines and to continue the green mine development concept of Xiaochang Shunhe Mining, Dawu County, Hubei Province has built a high-standard crushing production line for the purpose of green ecological restoration.
For this green and environmentally friendly crushing production line, the customer chose a full set of Dahongli equipment, with a designed annual production capacity of 3 million tons of high-quality sand and gravel aggregates. Currently, the main structure of the entire production line has been completed and is expected to be put into trial operation in July this year.
