Chengdu Shangyi Building Materials Co., Ltd. and Dahongli built a 600 tons per hour sand and gravel aggregate project in Chengdu, Sichuan. The finished product is used for the construction of Chengzi high-speed railway. The project officially started in May this year. At present, the main machine and conveyor have been installed, and the plant installation has not yet started.

Project Site
The project purchased two Dahongli cone crushers PYY300, two jaw crushers PEV500*750, jaw crushers PEV950*1250, impact crushers 8HL1280, six sand washers LX1500, three dehydration and recovery integrated machines HS3060 and other crushing and screening equipment.
In terms of environmental protection and intelligence, the project is equipped with a water circulation system to realize the recycling of sewage; the project is equipped with a PLC intelligent control system for intelligent management and control, which ensures the safety, stability and high-efficiency operation of the project.
