Project requirements: Design, construction and construction in accordance with green mine standards. The 1500T per hour crushed stone aggregate production line is located in Xiaochang County, Hubei Province, covering an area of about 100 acres. The crushed raw stone is limestone, with a designed production capacity of 5 million tons/year. Construction started in 2018. Finished limestone aggregate can alleviate the increasingly tight local sand and gravel supply, drive local economic development, and create a green production demonstration base for green mine sand and gravel aggregates, providing data support for green mine construction in the sand and gravel industry.
The equipment configuration of the crushed stone aggregate production line: ZSW1860/2 units (vibrating feeder) + PEV1200*1600B/2 units (jaw crusher) + PYYZ500C/2 units (medium crushing cone crusher) + PYY500C/2 units (fine crushing cone crusher) + vibrating screen + conveyor, etc.
The intelligent control room in the comprehensive office building is the highlight of the project: it includes equipment control system, video monitoring system and data integration system. Among them: the equipment control system adjusts and monitors each equipment of the production line; the video monitoring system is used to monitor the operating status of each equipment and the real-time situation of each location in the factory; the data integration system integrates and analyzes the data in each system.
