Recently, Gan Dehong, Chairman of Chengdu Dahongli Machinery Co., Ltd., led a team to visit Sand Aggregate Network and had in-depth exchanges with Li Hua, founder of the website, and other core team members. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on issues such as changes in the supply and demand pattern of the sand and gravel market, the technical upgrading path of equipment enterprises, and industry opportunities under the Western Development Strategy. They also visited the data center of Sand Aggregate Network on site to empower new industry development with data.

Deeply Cultivating the West: From Regional Deep Cultivation to National Layout

As a listed mining machinery and equipment enterprise (stock code: 300865) rooted in the industry for more than 30 years, Dahongli is supported by three R&D and manufacturing bases covering 270,000 square meters, with more than 300 patented technologies (including 30 invention patents), and has built a product system covering the entire industrial chain of crushing and screening. Driven by the Western Development Strategy and the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle Strategy, the company has in-depth served key national projects such as the Sichuan-Tibet Railway and Xiluodu Power Station through 24 domestic offices (covering southwest provinces such as Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan) and localized service networks, formed long-term cooperation with central enterprises such as China Railway and China State Construction Engineering Corporation, and its market share in the western region has continued to rise.

Breaking Through and Innovating: Green Intelligence Drives Industrial Upgrading

Facing the wave of Industry 4.0 and the transformation and upgrading needs of the global mining and sand aggregate industries, Dahongli promotes product iteration with the "environmental protection + intelligence" dual-drive mode: it has innovatively launched green, environmental protection and intelligent crushing plants, invested in the construction of green materials science and technology parks, and deeply integrated the core concepts of environmental protection and intelligence into the entire process of mine and sand aggregate production, leading the industry towards greenization, intelligence, and sustainability. At the same time, the company has innovatively launched the leasing service of 300-type environmental protection crushing stations, responding to market demands with the advantages of "modularization and no civil engineering", and comprehensively helping customers reduce costs and increase efficiency from single equipment to complete production lines.

Speeding Up Going Global: Indonesian Subsidiary Lights Up the Southeast Asian Market

While deeply cultivating the domestic market, Dahongli focuses on markets such as Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and Africa to further accelerate the implementation of its overseas strategy. Since entering the Indonesian market in 2016, the company has served more than 12 high-quality customers in Indonesia, and its single machines and complete sets of equipment have won wide praise for their excellent quality and perfect after-sales service. In August 2024, the company's internationalization process reached an important milestone - its wholly-owned Indonesian subsidiary, PT DAHONGLI MACHINE INDONESIA, was officially established. Relying on the office area in the Jakarta business center and the 130-square-meter warehousing base on Sulawesi Island, it provides local customers with full-chain services from design to after-sales, and continues to promote the green and intelligent transformation of the sand and gravel industry in Southeast Asia through the "technology + service" dual-drive model.

Industry Resonance: Exploring New Opportunities in Challenges

During the exchange, both sides pointed out that although the current sand and gravel industry is facing challenges of overcapacity and weak demand, infrastructure construction in the west, urbanization process, and market expansion along the "Belt and Road" are bringing structural opportunities to the industry. Taking this as an opportunity, Dahongli will continue to break through with technological innovation, layout with a global perspective, and explore new paths for high-quality development with industry partners.
