River Pebbles
River pebbles are a kind of silicate mineral with hard texture, wear resistance and stable chemical properties. Natural river pebbles are produced into building aggregates after a series of processes such as crushing, sand making and screening, which are ideal raw materials for construction. They are widely used in water conservancy and hydropower construction, highways, high-speed railways, bridges, airport runways, urban construction, etc.
The river pebble crushing production line mainly adopts a three-stage crushing process, namely: jaw crusher + cone crusher + impact crusher + circular vibrating screen + spiral sand washing machine. After a series of crushing and screening, the finished aggregates and machine-made sand are obtained. The specific crushing process design should be comprehensively considered according to factors such as raw material conditions, finished product requirements, output and site conditions.

For full sand making of large-size natural river pebbles, the process of jaw crusher + cone crusher + high-efficiency sand making machine + circular vibrating screen is usually adopted. Auxiliary equipment can be added according to specific customer needs: sand and gravel powder separator, wet mixer, dust removal equipment, feeding system, dust collection device, etc.
The vibrating feeder sends the large-size natural raw stone to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing; the coarsely crushed material is sent to the intermediate silo by the conveyor belt, and then to the cone crusher for crushing, and is transported to the vibrating sorting screen by the belt conveyor for screening. The stone that meets the particle size is sent to the high-efficiency sand making machine for sand making, and the material that does not meet the particle size is returned to the cone crusher through the conveyor belt for re-crushing; the material coming out of the high-efficiency sand making machine is also screened by the vibrating sorting screen, and the material that does not meet the particle size needs to be returned to the sand making machine through the conveyor for re-crushing; the finished stone is stored in the finished product warehouse through the belt, and the finished sand is sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning; the material after the sand washing machine passes through the tailings recovery integrated machine, and is transported to the finished product warehouse by the finished product conveyor belt for storage; the wastewater from the production line enters the wastewater treatment system for recycling; the specific process can also be configured differently according to different sites and different stones.
